The majority of illness and disease are simply physical manifestations of painful unresolved emotional energy/traumas stored in the body; prolonged functioning in unloving and disempowering belief systems. No living organism can sustain and survive long periods of stress and unhappiness as humans do. We are simply not designed to do so. Our natural design is to live in peace, joy, happiness, creativity, harmony, balance, sustainability, and die naturally, not in pain and diseased illness, therefore we must take responsibility for our own lives and steer towards SELF TRANSFORMATION!

Sample Common Self-Limiting Beliefs
Notice your thoughts, feelings and energy whilst reading these statements:
No matter what I do or how hard I try, it’s never good enough.
The decisions I make usually turns out wrong.
If people knew the real me, they wouldn’t like me.
I blame others for my problems. (Boss, colleagues, spouse, etc)
I shouldn’t try anything new or risky because I’ll probably screw it up.
It’s not safe to ask others to help me because I can’t trust them to do the job right.
My opinion doesn’t really matter and what I do isn’t really important.
I have to work hard to earn descent money.
I hate my body and I'm always going to be this way.
I can never do what i really want to do. I am trapped.
Being an optimist is for dreamers.
Sample Self-Enhancing Beliefs
Now allow yourself to imagine and contemplate the possibility of these statements and notice the difference in how you feel, also noticing your energy levels, and any resistance that may come up in your thoughts:
I deeply appreciate and accept myself.
I love myself unconditionally.
I am confident and self-assured.
My sense of safety and security in the world comes from within.
I am worthy of an intimate and passionate relationship.
I am willing to risk loving and being loved.”
It is ok for me to want more money and I do want it.
I can make all the money I need doing a job that I love.
My body heals itself naturally and quickly.
My body is a blueprint fro perfect health.
I love and accept my body as it is and as it changes.

Evidently thoughts affect our feelings, behaviour, body and energy. I’m sure you would agree the equal importance of attending to the mind as much as the body. This is the process of Mind/Body/Spirit Integration towards unleashing, increasing and experiencing more of the things that bring you the most joy.
PSYCH-K can help . It does not require much faith, just a willingness to allow experience to demonstrate the changes and put the focus on the desired outcome rather than the situation to be changed. This already starts the change process because what we focus on is what we are increasing in our lives.
